I had also, at same time used Mr. Consolo to sell my previous home. It was a combined selection. He had gotten a much higher price than I considered possible for my former home. He is a talented salesman.

The reason for my move was that I was unable to take any more of a difficult neighbor (owner of the other half of a"condex."). Mr. Consolo was my hero, getting him to cooperate with the paperwork, etc. needed for the sale.

The property was offered at a great price, Mr. Consolo told me to act fast, so I did. I only tacked on a bit over asking for my offer. I was lucky I followed his advice to be quick. There were many other interested buyers, but she had already accepted my offer. His knowledge of he area was crucial to my decision. He also had a clear understanding of what I was looking for in light of my personal situation.
